Internal Regulations

1. Academic Year

Classes take place from 1 September 2025 to 28 June 2026.
Registration applies for the entire school year.
For minor students, registration must be carried out by the parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

2. Membership Fee and Registration

The annual membership fee is €50 per family.
It must be paid into account number BE43 1430 8681 4701, stating the student’s name and the discipline in the reference.
Registration is only effective after payment of the membership fee.
The membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Payment of Classes

Classes (individual and group) are invoiced per term:

  • September → December

  • January → March

  • April → June

Invoices are sent by email (paper version available on request).
In the event of non-payment for two consecutive months, the management reserves the right to exclude the student without refund of the membership fee.

4. Absences and Catch-Up Lessons

In case of absence, please inform the management and the teacher as soon as possible.
In the case of prolonged absence (at least 3 consecutive weeks) due to illness or accident, a refund may be considered upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Lessons cancelled by a teacher will be rescheduled. Three catch-up weeks are provided during the year:

  • before Christmas

  • before Easter

  • before the summer

5. Organisation of Classes

Students must be punctual. A class that is started late by the student will not be extended.
The management may reassign a teacher during the year (replacement, departure, etc.).
Such changes do not entitle students to a refund or to suspend classes.

6. Conduct and Discipline

Respect for teachers, students and materials is mandatory.
In the event of inappropriate behaviour or a serious disagreement, the management reserves the right to suspend the class temporarily or permanently.

7. Priority Right

Registration for the next academic year will start as soon as it is announced by email.
From that moment and for one week, students who attended classes during the previous year have priority for their time slot over new students. After this period, this priority lapses.
